This is one full 7 hour working day of consultation work on your site or otherwise. This is available for Health and Safety and employee relations and HR functions or a combination of both.
Services available at this hourly rate incorporate any combination of, not exclusively;
Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration.
Working with & understanding Trade Unions
Mentoring, Coaching, & Development.
This is one entire working day of consultation work on your site or otherwise. This is available for Health and Safety and also Employee Relations and HR functions or a combination of all as you require.
If there is a development at work that you wish to discuss, talk through or need advice about, this is a reasonable and effective way to address these issues. Our consultant will meet you on line or face to face and you simply use the allocated time as you wish. It is a great idea to have a quick preliminary phone call about this, but after we have mutually mapped out the meeting time then it is over to you. You will receive a written brief to summarise the meeting action points and ways forward.
If you require different services, face to face appointments or longer than three hours total, then please contact us or book a whole or half day appointment in the store.
